Job Description
We are looking for a smart, hardworking, self-driven candidate who can independently handle Government Tenders, GeM Portal operations, AI-based content creation, office administration, and business support activities.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, eager to learn, comfortable using AI tools, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced AI company.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender & GeM Portal
- End-to-end tender management on GeM and other procurement portals.
- Tender identification, eligibility assessment, and bid preparation.
- Preparation and uploading of technical and commercial documents.
- Vendor coordination, OEM communications, and compliance documentation.
- Creation and management of GeM product catalogs.
- Tracking bid status, amendments, clarifications, and submissions.
AI & Content Operations
- Strong Prompt Engineering skills.
- Daily usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, etc.
- AI-generated content creation for proposals, presentations, reports, tenders, and marketing materials.
- Creation of AI-generated videos, graphics, and business content.
- Development of professional PowerPoint presentations using AI tools.
Design & Creative Work
- Canva design for brochures, social media, presentations, and marketing material.
- Basic video editing and AI video generation.
- Content formatting and visual enhancement of company documents.
Office & Administrative Support
- Email drafting and correspondence.
- Preparation of quotations, estimates, invoices, BOQs, and reports.
- Excel data management and documentation.
- Vendor and client coordination.
- Recruitment support, interview scheduling, and HR coordination.
- General office administration and executive support.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tendering preferred.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Canva and basic video editing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Graduates and final-year students may apply.
- Freshers with strong AI tool knowledge are welcome.
