We are looking for a Digital Lead – Strategy, Growth & Content to drive our end-to-end digital marketing and content strategy. This role will be responsible for building scalable digital programs that strengthen brand positioning, generate demand, and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B digital marketing within IT services or technology companies, with expertise across SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth
● Define and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and GTM plans
● Own and manage all digital channels including website, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation
● Translate business goals into measurable digital initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation
● Optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys for conversion and pipeline growth
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
● Develop content and messaging frameworks aligned with brand positioning and market narrative
● Build a content-driven demand generation strategy across awareness, consideration, and decision stages
● Own and maintain a comprehensive content roadmap for marketing and sales enablement
● Oversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, web content, and social media assets
● Translate complex technology and IT services concepts into clear, compelling business narratives
Digital Performance & Analytics
● Define KPIs and dashboards for digital and content performance
● Track ROI, attribution, traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion metrics
● Measure content effectiveness across the buyer journey
● Use insights and data to continuously improve campaigns, messaging, UX, and customer journeys
Collaboration & Leadership
● Work closely with sales, product, design, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
● Manage and guide external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors
● Act as a strategic digital advisor to leadership on growth initiatives and market positioning
Required Qualifications
● 10–15 years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy
● Strong experience in B2B marketing within IT services, SaaS, or technology companies
● Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, website optimization, marketing automation, and content marketing platforms
● Experience working with CMS tools and marketing technology stacks
● Proven ability to build and execute digital growth strategies
● Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills
● Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
● Experience in demand generation and inbound marketing programs
● Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles
● Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business messaging
