We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Manager – Air Compressors to drive business growth and manage sales operations for compressed air solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with excellent sales and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Handle the complete product lifecycle of air compressors and related systems
- Drive business development and achieve sales targets
- Provide technical support for product selection, sizing, and application engineering
- Coordinate with OEMs for quotations, technical discussions, and order execution
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions with clients
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and client training
- Support tendering, bid preparation, and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and order closures
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in air compressors / industrial equipment / pneumatic systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- Compressor types (screw, reciprocating, centrifugal)
- Compressed air systems and utilities
- Industrial applications and processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
