Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and business development within the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting the right courses
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- A graduation in any discipline
Compensation & Benefits:
