The Role: Academic Counsellor
You’ll be the first voice a learner hears when they’re standing at a crossroads in their career. Your job is to listen, guide, inspire, and help them take the leap.
What You’ll Do
- Counsel prospective learners and guide them toward the right program
- Manage and follow up on a lead pipeline with consistency
- Convert inquiries into enrolments by building real trust
- Collaborate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and achieve weekly/monthly targets
We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or a student-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Target-driven with a genuine passion for helping people grow
- Basic comfort with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
