- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding tests and inquiries, while making outbound calls to provide test results, schedule appointments, or follow up with patients.
- Patient Counseling & Scheduling: Explain available pathology tests, diagnostic health packages, and procedures (e.g., fasting requirements) to patients. Schedule appointments for home sample collection or in-center visits.
- Report Management: Communicate test results over the phone in a professional manner and assist patients with receiving electronic or physical copies of reports.
- Customer Relationship & Feedback: Handle patient queries, complaints, and grievances with empathy to maintain high service standards and build trust.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions, update patient contact details, and record test data into the laboratory information system (LIS) or CRM.
- Coordination: Collaborate with phlebotomists, technical staff, and billing departments to streamline the service process.
