Role Summary:
The Accounts Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the restaurant chain. This includes processing invoices, maintaining financial records, monitoring outlet-wise transactions, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and verify daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions from all outlets.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
- Monitor petty cash, bank transactions, and cash deposits.
- Coordinate with outlet managers regarding sales reports and expense submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll, tax filings, and other finance-related activities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and accounting software.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
