The Closing Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings by guiding clients through the complete sales process. The role involves conducting site visits, handling negotiations, explaining project details, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely closure of sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert leads generated through sourcing teams, marketing campaigns, and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales deals in line with company policies.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents from customers.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for agreement registration and disbursement processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in real estate sales/closing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
