Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly relationship with clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and business development team.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
