Key Responsibilities:
- Communication & Influence Excellence:
Use psychology-based communication techniques, active listening, verbal pacing and reframing to engage with potential students and help them see value clearly.
- Explain Our Courses Clearly:
Confidently address queries and provide simple, clear information about our Professional Accounting, Finance & Taxation job-oriented training programs.
Handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, build trust step by step, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Counseling Mastery:
Guide students to choose the most suitable training programs based on their goals, interests and long-term plans.
Your strength in conversation handling and clarity of explanation will help them decide confidently.
Convert calls into center visits and center visits into admissions.
Create comfort, clarity and direction in every call.
Efficiently handle daily telephonic / walk-in inquiries and maintain a well-organized inquiry database with proper follow-up strategy.
Own your weekly and monthly target.
Work performance-driven and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving results.
Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth and confidence.
Make every conversation a positive experience that builds trust with the student.
Qualifications:
Strong communication & people handling skills
Ability to influence, persuade and guide conversations
Experience in sales / tele calling / counselling is an added advantage
Commerce background (Plus Two, B.Com, BBA, M.Com, etc.) is an added benefit but NOT mandatory.
