Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Vendor central, along with strong knowledge of listing optimization, inventory coordination, and Amazon PPC.
The candidate should be comfortable working in EST hours and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve online sales performance and brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle product uploads, category mapping, pricing updates, and variation listings.
Listing Optimization
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices, keyword research, compelling titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Improve product visibility and conversion rates through strategic content optimization.
- Coordinate with the design team for high-quality product images and creatives.
Amazon PPC Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and advertising spend.
- Analyze PPC reports and implement strategies to improve ROAS and sales performance.
Inventory & Order Coordination
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure timely updates of inventory, pricing, and product availability across platforms.
- Monitor stock health to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve overall marketplace performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
Compliance & Market Trends
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and maintain account health.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely in EST working hours.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of A+ Content and Brand Store management.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar e-commerce tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and marketplace advertising strategies.
