JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide business and execute plan for Retail Sales thru distributors & dealers.
2. Responsible for achieving Secondary Volume, Brand and Market Share targets at monthly level.
3. Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix to augment business and exceed profit margins.
4. Plan and execute the marketing & merchandising initiatives and brand activations within the budget targets in lines with the organizational and regional objectives
5. Plan and execute sales promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image
6. Implement and manage secondary planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency.
7. Lead the sales team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch
8. Liaison with Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.
9. Commercial discipline: Manage various statutory formalities as per regulation
10. Strong focus on people leadership dimension. Nurture, Grow and Manage functional talent.
11. Set the direction and an innovative consumer facing culture in the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals
12. Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state
Candidate profile
Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of experience in channel/Dealer Sales
Experience in lighting, luminaries & electrical Industry
Good communication skills
Experience in preparing sales scheme
