Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Electronics Manager to lead the Electronics Maintenance & Automation function at our manufacturing facility in Khed Shivapur, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation, electronics maintenance, troubleshooting, machine reliability, and preventive maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team and drive equipment reliability, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Electronics Maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, VFDs, Servo Drives, power supplies, temperature controllers, sensors, encoders, and instrumentation systems.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and AMC contracts.
- Support installation, commissioning, and automation of new machines.
- Drive continuous improvement, machine reconditioning, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and ISO/IATF quality systems.
- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve machine performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Company.
- Preferred industry experience: Capacitors, Power Electronics, Electrical or Electronic Components Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives, AC/DC Drives, Sensors, Instrumentation, and Automation Systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, machine commissioning, and reliability improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
