Mantra Energy International FZE is hiring a Junior Technical Procurement & Logistics Engineer for a 100% remote role based in India.
The candidate will support our international procurement team in RFQ review, supplier sourcing, enquiry follow-up, quotation comparison, basic technical-commercial checking, logistics coordination, shipment follow-up and delivery tracking.
This role is suitable for fresh or early-career engineering candidates who are disciplined, curious, good in written English, comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets, and willing to build a long-term career in industrial procurement and supply chain.
Mechanical Engineering candidates will be preferred. Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial, Production, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering candidates may also apply.
Experience:
Fresher to 2 years preferred. Up to 3 years may be considered for strong candidates.
Work Mode:
100% Remote / Work from Home
Salary:
INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on capability and fit.

Pre-interview questionnaire, practical RFQ task and structured interview.
