We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Store Manager to oversee overall store operations, including stock management, staff coordination, sales tracking, and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the vegetable store.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise staff and assign daily tasks
- Monitor stock levels, receive incoming vegetables, and manage inventory
- Ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and reduce wastage
- Handle customer orders, billing, and basic sales coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store
- Coordinate with delivery team and suppliers
- Prepare basic reports on stock and sales when required
Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and handle responsibility independently
- Basic knowledge of inventory or store management (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Honest, punctual, and problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience in retail/store management will be an advantage
