Job Overview:
DesignBit Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling social media platforms and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, and promotional posts
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Schedule and publish content regularly
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creative campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare social media reports
- Increase brand awareness and online presence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning tools
- Strong communication and creative writing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
