Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and hiring strategies
· Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a seamless joining experience
· Promote employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities
· Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
· Lead and mentor HR and business line teams while driving performance management initiatives
· Review attendance, approve timesheets, and oversee payroll coordination
· Maintain HR records, reports, and employee databases with confidentiality and accuracy
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and regulatory requirements
· Coordinate training, development, and continuous learning initiatives
· Manage cross-functional projects and operational activities effectively
· Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and workplace management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and banking institutions
· Serve as the primary communication link between India operations and Senior Leadership
· Drive transparency, collaboration, and operational efficiency across departments
What We’re Looking For
✔ MBA / Psychology background is preferred
✔ Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities efficiently
✔ Experience in office management, compliance, and team coordination will be an added advantage
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
