About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities and sell our digital services, including Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Marketplace Management, Website Development, Branding, and E-commerce Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Pitch company services and solutions to brands and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Lead Generation
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Perform outbound calling and cold outreach activities.
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline sources.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities in the digital and e-commerce space.
- Explore partnerships and collaboration opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Ability to understand digital marketing and e-commerce services.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
