Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in manufacturing quality systems to ensure product quality through incoming, in-process, and final inspections. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quality tools, inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspections.
- Ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and calibration records.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support supplier quality management and resolve quality issues.
- Develop inspection procedures, process flow documents, and quality checkpoints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S/6S and Kaizen.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
Required Skills
- Engineering drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of IQC, IPQC, and FQC.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester, etc.).
- Good understanding of quality tools, inspection methods, and process control.
Preferred Industry
Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or Electronics.
