Job OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns to expand our digital footprint and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SEO, paid advertising, and web analytics, alongside a passion for tracking trends and uncovering consumer insights.Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Campaigns: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Optimize Performance: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Drive Web Traffic: Optimize our website and landing pages using SEO best practices to increase organic rankings and user engagement.
- Analyze Data: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Manage Budget: Allocate and optimize monthly marketing spend across various paid channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and copy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 0–5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- SEO/SEM Mastery: Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Paid Ads Expertise: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Analytics Tools: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Tech Stack: Working knowledge of ad serving tools and HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
