Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize the complete supply chain process of our manufacturing plant. The role will be responsible for material planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics, dispatch and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and other production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on material deliveries.
- Track purchase orders, material receipts and pending supplies.
- Manage logistics and transportation activities.
- Coordinate finished goods dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify supply chain delays, bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, procurement, logistics and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth material flow from supplier to production and finished goods to customers.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material Planning
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Good understanding of Procurement, Inventory and Logistics
- Strong vendor and transporter coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates from Manufacturing / Polymer / Chemical / Plastic / Film / Packaging industries will be preferred.
- Experience in managing plant-level supply chain operations will be an advantage.
- Local candidates from Raipur/Chhattisgarh will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
