Job Summary:
We are seeking courteous and responsible Valet Parking Attendants to provide safe and efficient parking services to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles are handled with care while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and assist with valet parking services.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
- Issue and collect valet tickets accurately.
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage before parking.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle locations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist guests with directions or basic inquiries when required.
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and professional.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in valet parking.
- Familiarity with luxury or high-end vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
