Job Purpose:
Responsible for Top to Bottom-line activities of the material requirement planning activities. Calculate the Materials accurately as per drawing details.
To ensure material consumption is in efficient manner To arrange the raw materials requisition on time without hampering the production activities
Job Responsibilities / Accountability (major end results the job is expected to achieve): BOM & BOQ - (JOB CARD) Preparation of Job card (Calculation of Raw materials) for all the drawings and circulate internally.
Entry of job card in ERP Prepare the Purchase Requisition as per drawing & update it as per drawing revision periodically as per ERP processes. Circulate the same internally. Engineering Change notes / modification of job card / Purchase requisition as per latest drawing revisions.
Timely Updation of same & circulate to all the respective departments. Stage wise & after Completion of Job Material Consumption checking with Job Card. Preliminary Material Calculation as per discussion with Design & Sales Department at the enquiry/ pre ordering stage as and when required. Proper Co Ordination with Design & Drawing department related for BOM & BOQ calculation purpose, based on lay-up sequences in consultation with design team.
CO ORDINATION WITH STORES Periodical site/factory visits for the checking of Material Consumption history.
CO ORDINATION WITH PRODUCTION Coordination with production team for timely & precise raw material & Bought out items calculations & clarifications to be provided as applicable.
Reporting Submit Authentic, Accurate and Timely Reports as per following - Preparation of Job card & Purchase Requisition in ERP. - Daily report of Daily activities to be shared to Technical Manager. -
Material consumption chart on monthly basis in consultation with stores team , as per actual after completion of job.
Job Specification: Qualifications (Basic, Professional & any other desired qualification): - Graduates - Mechanical Draftsman Work Experience (No. of years, Industry & Areas in which person would had worked): -
Preferred 8+ years of experience in relevant area of work
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
