Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales operations, order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, logistics, and MIS reporting across our distribution network and retail stores.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with Zoho ERP (or similar ERP systems), courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, and possess strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders, including sales teams, warehouses, logistics partners, vendors, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process orders from Warehouse for Bulk and Sales from HO, Understanding Retail Sales Trend, distributors, and online platforms.
· Create quotations, SOs, invoices, and DCs in Zoho/ERP.
· Handle orders from marketplaces, website, WhatsApp, and D2C channels.
· Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch with warehouse teams.
· Track returns, replacements, and customer service issues. Plan dispatch schedules with warehouse and transporters.
· Use Ship rocket, Velocity, etc. for courier selection, label generation, pickup scheduling, and tracking.
· Monitor stock levels across warehouse + retail shops.
· Raise STRs and follow up for movement.
· Ensure accurate inward/outward entries in Zoho/ERP.
· Highlight low‑stock and fast‑moving items.
· Create and track POs for replenishment.
· Follow up with vendors for delivery timelines.
· Coordinate with accounts for GRN, bills, and payments.
· Act as the central link between sales, warehouse, retail shops, vendors, and logistics partners.
· Resolve order issues, stock mismatches, and escalations.
Required Skills:
· 1–3 years' experience in sales coordination, dispatch, logistics, or retail/distribution operations.
· Strong knowledge of Zoho Inventory / Books /TALLY/ CRM or any ERP.
Pay: ₹10,824.25 - ₹30,487.77 per month
