About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our team and lead all procurement operations. In this key role, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless procurement processes that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Negotiations: Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and quality agreements while building long-term partnerships
- Vendor Management: Own the full vendor lifecycle—from identification and onboarding to performance monitoring, evaluation, and relationship optimization
- New Vendor Development: Identify, qualify, and onboard new vendors that align with company standards, specifications, and compliance requirements
- Purchase Orders (PO) Management: Create, track, and manage all POs; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budgets and delivery schedules
- Supplier Performance: Monitor vendor performance against KPIs (quality, delivery, cost), conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Cost Optimization: Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement procurement strategies that maximize value without compromising quality
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards; maintain organized vendor files and records
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and business units to understand procurement needs and deliver solutions that support business goals
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively
- Strong proficiency in PO systems and procurement software (procurement platforms, or similar tools)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
