*Position: Maintenance Head*
Experience: 5–12 Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical)
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Lead and manage overall plant maintenance activities.
* Ensure maximum uptime of CNC, VMC, HMC, and other production machines.
* Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in machines and equipment.
* Maintain and repair motors, drives, VFDs, DOL starters, and Star-Delta starters.
* Monitor and maintain single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
* Oversee maintenance of electrical panels, control circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
* Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
* Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
*Required Skills*:
* Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
* Expertise in drives, motors, panels, VFDs, DOL & Star-Delta starters.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Team management and maintenance planning capabilities.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*:
* Experience in machinery manufacturing industry.
* Hands-on exposure to machine maintenance and utility equipment.
* Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
