Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to expand our presence among builders and developers in and around Pune. The role involves identifying upcoming construction projects, visiting construction sites, generating leads, meeting key decision-makers, presenting our door solutions, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the construction, building materials, plywood, hardware, interiors, or allied industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, ongoing projects, and developer offices across Pune and nearby regions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and purchase departments.
- Identify projects with requirements for wooden doors, metal fire doors and complete door solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations and business meetings with procurement and decision-making teams.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, technical support, and order execution.
- Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
