Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
· Improve ties between management and employees by responding to request, grievances or other issues.
· Control the hiring and hiring process by consistently recruiting excellent staff.
· Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring and preserving human capital.
· Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics and procedures.
· Cultivate a supportive and safe workplace for all staff (men/ women) in the clinic.
· Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performances.
· Maintain the benefits and pay schedule and release an error free payroll at the specified time.
· Analyze the training requirements for a programme and keep an eye on it.
· Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making.
· Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.
· Handle the staff attendance, leave and any absence from duties from the software and verify the same by comparing the same with the actuals.
· Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
· Delegate staff performance review on regular intervals.
· Coordinate on statutory, audits and other requirements
· Handling work place investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
· Carrying necessary administrative duties.
· Maintain smooth on-boarding process and maintaining employee related documents.
· Implement on cost cutting methods within the clinic operations.
· Delegate in periodic training to staff on any new process or reviewing the existing process.
· Maintain the standard of work culture in the clinic.
Prepare and update the SOP’s regularly as per the requirements
