Role Description
Manoshanti is seeking a full-time, on-site OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The OPD Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient department. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing patient flow efficiently, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction. This role also involves liaising with healthcare professionals and supporting staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including oversight of scheduling, patient coordination, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and patients and providing excellent service.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records or documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve processes effectively.
- Understanding of healthcare protocols, procedures, and compliance standards is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with hospital information systems is beneficial.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or OPD management role is a strong asset.
