Shri Sai Hospital is seeking a polite, organised, and patient-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly with patients, handle insurance documentation, and maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Care
- Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously
- Register patients and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries professionally
- Guide patients regarding doctors and consultation timings
Insurance Handling
- Manage insurance files (cashless & reimbursement cases)
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals
- Prepare and submit pre-authorisation documents
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on claims
Medical Records Management
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Ensure confidentiality of all medical information
- File and retrieve records efficiently
Administrative Support
- Assist with billing coordination
- Maintain registers and front office reports
- Ensure smooth patient flow at reception
Qualifications
- Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in hospital/clinic front office preferred
- Experience handling insurance files is an added advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Hospital software)
