Advanced Hair Restoration is a leading clinic with an 18-year legacy of excellence in hair restoration. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a dedicated Hair Transplant Nurse to join our "vibrant" medical team.
**Job Role:**
As a Hair Transplant Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Consultant Doctors throughout the hair transplant procedure. You will be integral to ensuring patient comfort, safety, and the optimal outcome of each treatment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Pre-Procedure Preparation:** Assist doctors in preparing patients for hair transplant surgeries, including client consultation, marking donor/recipient areas, and administering local anesthesia.
- **Procedure Assistance:** Provide direct assistance to the surgeon during FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) procedures, including graft handling, implantation, and wound management.
- **Post-Procedure Care:** Educate patients on post-operative care, prescribe necessary medications, and conduct follow-up check-ins to monitor recovery.
- **Sterilization & Maintenance:** Maintain strict sterile techniques and ensure all equipment and surgical instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stocked.
- **Patient Comfort & Safety:** Monitor patient comfort levels during the procedure and respond to any immediate medical needs or concerns.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the clinic's software system.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with doctors, fellow nurses, and other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
**Qualifications:**
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- ANM/MLT/OT Tech Also consider
- Excellent understanding of sterile techniques and surgical assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in English and Malayalam).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
