The SME will work closely with Learning & Development stakeholders, instructional designers, product teams, and technology partners to translate real-world field operations into engaging, scalable learning experiences. • Lead the functional design and implementation of the Field Force Learning Module. • Gather and document business requirements from sales, operations, and field teams. • Define learning journeys, competency frameworks, and role-based training paths. • Provide expertise on field workflows, sales processes, customer engagement, and operational best practices. • Collaborate with instructional designers to create: • eLearning content • Assessments and quizzes • Scenario-based learning • Microlearning modules • Certification programs • Validate training content for accuracy, relevance, and business alignment. • Support LMS/LXP configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Recommend KPIs and reporting metrics to measure learning effectiveness and field performance. • Assist with pilot launches, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and stakeholder workshops when required. • Ensure learning content complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
