Job Summary We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive to manage our reception area. You will act as the "face" of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including directing phone calls, managing mail, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greeting & Hosting: Welcome guests and clients positively, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room. Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic and accurate information to callers. Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Security & Logs: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitoring a logbook, issuing visitor badges). Facilities Management: Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces are tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials. Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Update calendars and schedule meetings when required. Inventory Control: Monitor, order, and keep an inventory of front office supplies and basic pantry items. Query Resolution: Address routine queries from employees and external vendors professionally. Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phone systems). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette. Demeanor: Professional attitude and appearance, coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset. Problem-Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Organization: Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,758.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
