Architect / Senior Architect – PMC | CIDCO | NAINA Projects

What You'll Do
- Lead projects from concept design to execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams.
- Handle PMC, CIDCO & NAINA approvals and compliance.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
- Mentor junior architects and maintain project timelines.
What We're Looking For
- B.Arch degree.
- 2–10+ years of architectural experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office (Lumion/Enscape is an advantage).
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with PMC, CIDCO or NAINA experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
