Job Summary
The Bamboo Nation is looking for a passionate Barista who can prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively café atmosphere. If you love coffee, have a knack for latte art, and enjoy crafting unique beverages, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks (Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Mocha, etc.).
- Use manual brewing methods (French Press, Pour-over, AeroPress).
- Ensure excellent presentation and latte artfor beverages.
Customer Service & Order Management
- Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences.
- Take and serve orders efficiently while ensuringquick service.
- Handle customer queries and special requests professionally.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items.
- Report shortages and ensure timely restocking.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months - 2 years (freshers with training can also apply).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso machines.
- Ability to create latte art and signature drinks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Barista training preferred).
Language: Basic English & Hindi.
