Job Description – Fashion & Editorial Photographer Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh AAY Collective is looking for a creative Fashion & Editorial Photographer to produce premium visual content for fashion campaigns, editorials, talent portfolios, branding projects, social media, and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute fashion, editorial, and commercial photoshoots. - Produce high-quality images for campaigns, lookbooks, websites, magazines, and social media. - Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, makeup artists, models, and the marketing team. - Manage lighting, composition, camera settings, and overall creative execution. - Edit and deliver professionally retouched images within project timelines. - Maintain and manage photography equipment and ensure files are properly backed up. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in fashion, editorial, commercial, or advertising photography. - Must own professional photography equipment, including a full-frame camera, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories. - Strong portfolio showcasing fashion/editorial/commercial work. - Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. - Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, color, posing, and visual storytelling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. - Willingness to travel for shoots when required. Preferred Skills - Experience shooting celebrities, models, designers, or fashion brands. - Knowledge of basic videography and behind-the-scenes content creation. - Experience working in a creative agency, production house, magazine, or fashion brand. Salary ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience, portfolio, and equipment) Note: This role is exclusively for candidates with experience in fashion, editorial, commercial, or branding photography. Candidates whose experience is limited to wedding or event photography without a relevant editorial portfolio may not be considered.
