Role Description The Motion Designer - Fresher will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and product presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, storyboards, and visual styles, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and producing high-quality animated content aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves editing and refining motion assets based on feedback, maintaining organized project files, and meeting production timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular coordination with local team members and participation in studio-based workflows.

Qualifications:
1. Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
2. Candidates should possess skills in Animation and Storyboarding for visual storytelling.
3. Candidates should possess skills related to Video Production, including basic editing and file management.
4.Proficiency in industry-standard tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar) is beneficial.
5. A relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred.
6. Ability to interpret briefs, pay attention to detail, and incorporate feedback constructively.
7. Strong time management skills and the ability to work on-site in Lucknow on a full-time schedule.
8. A portfolio or showreel showcasing motion design or animation work, including academic or personal projects, is highly advantageous.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
