Job Summary
Dock World Wide Web is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth for our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities in the media, branding, digital marketing, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in media, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or IT services will be preferred.
