Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Head to lead the technical operations of OKNA. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical planning, production coordination, site execution support, system detailing, and ensuring smooth execution of aluminium and uPVC window and door projects.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of aluminium systems, uPVC fabrication, glazing, installation standards, and project management with the ability to coordinate between sales, design, production, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities Technical head
- Lead the complete technical execution of aluminium and uPVC window & door projects.
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare and verify technical drawings, fabrication details, and system approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for technical discussions.
- Ensure timely release of production drawings and site execution details.
- Handle project planning, technical problem-solving, and execution monitoring.
Production & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate with factory and production teams for smooth fabrication processes.
- Ensure accuracy in cutting lists, hardware selection, glass specifications, and material planning.
- Monitor installation quality and adherence to approved drawings.
- Resolve technical and installation issues at site.
Quality & System Control
- Implement quality standards for fabrication and installation.
- Ensure compliance with system standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for finished products and installations.
- Develop SOPs and technical processes for operational efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage design, production, and technical teams.
- Train junior engineers, supervisors, and site coordinators.
- Improve coordination between sales, CRM, production, and execution departments.
Vendor & System Coordination
- Coordinate with system companies, hardware vendors, glass vendors, and fabrication partners.
- Evaluate new systems, profiles, and technical solutions for the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Production, or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of aluminium and uPVC window & door systems.
- Experience in fabrication processes, glazing systems, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of hardware systems, profiles, and facade-related detailing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with premium aluminium systems and architectural projects.
- Exposure to luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Understanding of site measurements, execution planning, and project coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
