Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee daily operational activities, coordinate project documentation, and act as the primary liaison between the client and internal project teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely execution of project deliverables and documentation.
Key Responsibilities : Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Monitor project progress and track action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Attend client meetings and maintain records of discussions, decisions, and action points.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication.
Documentation Management
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, reports, correspondence, and compliance records.
- Ensure all project documents are properly submitted, tracked, and archived.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and revisions with clients and project teams.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure version control compliance.
Operational Support
- Support day-to-day office operations at the client site.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
- Assist in vendor, consultant, and subcontractor coordination when required.
- Ensure adherence to project procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate operational and project performance reports.
- Maintain records of project milestones, approvals, and client communications.
- Ensure documentation complies with company and client standards.
- Support audits and project reviews by providing required documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, client coordination, CRM, or document control roles.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working at client offices or project sites.
- Knowledge of project management processes and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or document management software.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Note: This Job requires you to work 5 days at client site and in office at saturdays
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
