13-16 year's experience in the Industry with minimum 2-3 years experience as hands on Solution Architect having below skills -
dotNET C# and Core
Microservices
Angular / React
AWS
Hands on with any of AI tools GHCP / Claude
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Should have led team of 25+
Thinker and Opinionated and NOT an order taker
H1B or B1 visa preferred but NOT mandatory
