Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email.

Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in Morning or Night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with chat support or email support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
