We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security settings.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support deployment activities using Change Sets, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Knowledge of deployment tools and release management processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory/preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (good to have).
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Financial Services Cloud.
- Knowledge of Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
