Zestano Cafe is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Promote menu items and special offers.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good personal hygiene and grooming.
