We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Sales Support Executive to support the sales and business development team at Bridgeway Specialized Contracting. The role focuses on managing vendor registrations across multiple platforms, monitoring tender opportunities on a daily basis, executing digital lead-generation activities (LinkedIn + email marketing), coordinating quotations, and providing end-to-end administrative support to convert tenders and leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor registrations on client portals, government e-procurement platforms, and private systems.
- Monitor tender portals daily and identify relevant tenders/RFPs; maintain and share tender pipeline updates.
- Support quotation and bid preparation by coordinating with internal teams and compiling submission documents.
- Follow up on leads, track responses, and maintain tender-related documentation.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and digital outreach activities.
- Assist with digital marketing, including LinkedIn support and campaign tracking.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B-tech / Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, tender coordination, vendor registration, or digital lead generation (experience in construction/contracting industry is a strong advantage).
- Proven hands-on experience with tender portals and vendor registration systems.
- Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and running email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and basic CRM knowledge.
