Job Title: Head of Sales

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Sales to lead our revenue generation across all channels. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the overarching sales strategy, scaling the e-commerce vertical, and optimizing our B2B and retail showroom performance. You will build and mentor a high-performing sales team while leveraging CRM and automation tools to streamline the entire customer journey from lead generation to post-delivery satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across D2C, retail, and B2B (architects, interior designers, and corporate procurement) channels.
- Identify new market opportunities, specifically focusing on scaling the e-commerce vertical and optimizing digital lead conversion rates.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), quotas, and commission structures for the sales team.
Systems & Pipeline Management
- Take ownership of the sales technology stack. Architect and oversee CRM workflows (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho) and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) for accurate inventory and order tracking.
- Automate repetitive sales workflows and leverage data analytics to forecast demand, track pipeline health, and optimize the sales cycle.
Team Building & Mentorship
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives and design consultants.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in rational, data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
- Lead by example in high-stakes negotiations and critical B2B account closures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and lead generation quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure realistic lead times, manage client expectations, and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the furniture, interior design, or related omnichannel retail sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in implementing and managing modern CRM software and business automation tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing lifecycles, supply chain dynamics, and e-commerce growth strategies.
Pay: ₹24,285.05 - ₹125,000.00 per month
