We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive - Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in software and IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
This role provides an opportunity to work with domestic and international clients and learn the complete business development and sales process.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software and e-commerce development services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and online research.
- Perform cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in CRM tools.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
- Stay updated on software, e-commerce, SaaS, and IT industry trends.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT Services, Software, E-commerce, and SaaS sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good research and prospecting skills.
