Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization
- Translate client requirements and lifestyle goals into functional, aesthetic design concepts.
- Develop detailed 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and presentation documents.
- Specify materials, color schemes, lighting, and custom furniture pieces.
Site Management & Supervision
- Oversee on-site construction to ensure complete adherence to design blueprints, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily schedules for intersecting trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters).
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress, troubleshoot unforeseen structural or installation issues, and perform quality checks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
