We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive a tele sales team handling multiple loan products. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, target achievement, training, and ensuring smooth loan processing operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives handling multiple loan products.
Drive sales for: o Personal Loans o Home Loans o Business Loans o Car Loans o Loan Against Property o Credit Card Products
Monitor daily calling activities and productivity of team members.
Set individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement.
Provide regular training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
Assist team in handling escalations and complex customer queries.
Monitor lead allocation and follow-up processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in loan sales or financial services.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling.
Strong understanding of loan products and banking procedures.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Skills Required
