Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through daily customer visits within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure customer orders.
- Handle RFQs and coordinate special pricing approvals.
- Follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Inside Sales teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain customer visit reports and update sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor distributor performance and customer enquiries.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Industrial B2B Sales.
- Experience in Machine Tools, Capital Goods, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Motion Control, Bearings, or Mechanical Components is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Fluent in English and the regional language.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively for customer visits.
